Can you help if I live outside Portugal?
We can begin with a remote conversation and review what can be coordinated locally. We will agree on responsibilities and any additional professional support before proceeding.
Does tenant placement include ongoing property management?
We should define that separately. Finding a tenant and managing a property afterward are different services. Our initial conversation will establish what you need and who will handle maintenance, rent collection and ongoing tenant communication.
Can you guarantee a rent or a tenant?
No. I can help assess the market, prepare the property and manage the search, but I cannot guarantee a rent, a tenant or future rental performance.
Should I rent or sell?
We can compare your timing, goals and the property’s market position. Financial, legal and tax implications should be reviewed with your own qualified advisers.
